  6. I understand your lack of belief in this procedure but I have seen it
  7. myself. It is possible to have surgery now that will alter any of your
  8. natural physical and mental features including strength and intelligence.
  9. I was as hard pressed to believe this myself as you but I have seen the
  10. results and even gone through a few case study files.

  12. The big problem seems to be that no one is willing to discuss the place
  13. where such a surgery takes place. It is not done within our own hospital
  14. as far as I can tell. I have seen no indication that this procedure is
  15. done anywhere within the city but I am sure it must be. The reports do
  16. conclude however that the procedure is very expensive!
